Christoph Stein is one of those few people in the world who can build an entire organization from scratch, build a strong team and inspire them, and leave a legacy that will last for many years ahead. He is a visionary for project development with meticulous attention to details, a leader, a natural trainer and coach, a born manager and somebody who gets the best out of people in the workplace. Working with him has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my professional life. I look forward to continued shared projects; it is a privilege to learn from him.
I worked with Christoph for more than 15 years, during this period he demonstrated his engagement and commitment on conservation through different approach and tools, He developed and implemented several capacity building programs addressed to different targets like CSO’s, local communities, governmental organizations and youth. He gained lots of experiences in North Africa and he tailored and adapted his work according to the social and the cultural background of the region. Christoph brought new innovative tools like the training to illiterate people and adults.
