Executive coaching
As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) of the International Coach Federation (ICF), I work with individuals and teams dealing with personal development questions, as well as professional challenges. The key to support my clients is to clearly define the outcomes: What do you really want? Where do you want to go?
Once the objective is clarified the coaching process helps to identify the best options and to develop an action plan. The commitment of the client is the key factor for success. I am a trained ontological coach but use different approaches such as Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP). I connect with my client and listen to both what they are saying, and what they are not. What makes my profession so unique are the moments when a client suddenly understands with his mind and heart where he/she wants to go.
My clients are coming from the private sector and the nonprofit sector. I offer face to face coaching sessions as well as processes through Skype or other technologies.
“Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing you will be successful.” (Buddha)
Team coaching
My focus is always on the transformational power of real leadership driven by values. I like to work closely with organisations where my professional training as a team coach allows me to adapt different tools and approaches to their needs. It is my opinion that working with a team has to be based on a clear analysis of the structure, mission, vision, culture and values that they hold. Starting from the need to design the future.
“Accept your feelings. Know your purpose. And do what’s needed to be done.” (Shoma Morita)
Shinrin-Yoku
We humans are natural beings, inseparable from our natural habitats, which is the basis of Shinrin-Yoku: the Japanese art of “bathing in the forest atmosphere”. I am a trained Shinrin-Yoku Coach and offer forest tours with small groups. To walk consciously between trees helps to reduce stress, strengthen our immune system and to experience ourselves more consciously. I am convinced that a conscious experience of nature helps to protect and respect our habitat in the long run. Therefore Shinrin-Yoku is for me the ideal combination of my three principal consulting areas: coaching, training and nature conservation.
