This professional focus is linked to my own personality: I am curious and keen to learn, convinced that every person is able to discover and use their specific individual talents. Everyone is unique and has incredible potential within them.
This interest in people and the way they organise themselves evolved from my studies in political science, and my focus on organisational capacity building & education led me to become a certified coach working with both individuals and teams. Through consulting and coaching I support my clients in accelerating their organisational and personal changes. I am keen to grow and learn with my clients and put trust in their enormous potential to lead themselves and their projects and organizations.
